Councillors

Stocksbridge Town Council is split into four Wards and served by eight Councillors, two per Ward. Details below. The Town Council area lies within the Sheffield City Council Ward called Stocksbridge and Upper Don. The City Council Ward is served by three City Councillors, Julie Grocutt, Janet Ridler and Mark Whittaker. Julie and Mark are also Town Councillors.

At the Annual Meeting of the Town Council held on 13 May 2025, Cllr. Keith Davis was elected as Mayor/Chair and will remain in office until the next Annual Meeting in May 2026.

At the Meeting of the Town Council held on 12 June 2025, Cllr Richard Crowther was elected as Deputy Mayor/Chair and will remain in office until the next Annual Meeting in May 2026.
