Stocksbridge, a small town located about 10 miles north of Sheffield, lies on the edge of the Pennines and the Peak District National Park. It is home to Liberty Steels, a prominent British manufacturer specializing in aerospace steel products.
South Pennine Community Transport have published the below letter for the attention of parents/guardians of students who attend Stocksbridge High School and Stocksbridge Nursery & Infants School.
They kindly request that those who pick up or drop off at the schools concerned please give extra consideration to the service bus and leave adequate space when parking to allow their buses to get through safely.
